CaptionAI provides AI-powered tools for social media copywriting, including caption generation, voice training, content repurposing, hashtags, hooks, comments, replies, and related features. Output is generated by AI and should be reviewed before publishing.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Paid and free plans include monthly credit allowances as described on the billing page. Lifetime (LTD) plans grant ongoing access to plan features with monthly credit refresh according to your tier. Credits are non-transferable. Promo codes and marketplace deals are subject to the terms stated at purchase.

We may adjust credit costs, feature availability, or plan limits with reasonable notice where required. LTD purchasers retain access to the features included in their purchased tier.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform rules of social networks
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Share account access or resell credits without authorization
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any output. We do not guarantee engagement, reach, or business results.

You retain rights to content you input. Subject to these terms, you may use AI output you generate for your personal or commercial purposes. CaptionAI and its branding, software, and design remain our property.

Support is provided as described for your plan tier. See our Support page for contact options. Product updates are included for LTD plans as stated at purchase.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security or legal risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptionAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or AI-generated content.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the service operator. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations in your country.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
